Raptors End Season with Win

Led by an impressive six goals by Holley United U17 call up, Sam Bates, the Raptors ended their season with a 6-5 win over the Gananda Bandits.

Gananda opened up the scoring early in the first, but the Raptors were quick to respond. Bates scored three goals during the half, with assists from Kiera Wilson, Nikki Creasey, and Emma Brady.

With a 3-1 lead at half, the Raptors and Bandits would continue to trade goals back and forth throughout the game. Bates scored another three, including the eventual game winner, for the Raptors. Olivia Halpin earned two assists while Mack Harmon earned the assist on the game winner.

The Raptors finish their RDYSL U19 DI season with a 4-5-1 record, scoring 18 goals and finishing in fifth place.
